We are preparing to start Strip Club at Bolts in January and I wanted to get some first hand info from the source. For those of you who are not quilters, Strip Club is based on quilt patterns designed for fabric cut into 2 1/2” strips. Daniela has a lot of pattern she has designed for Strip Club. She started Strip Club in her store and it has spread throughout the quilt world.
Daniela has the fabric for the next Strip Club out to get everyone excited. Notice there is a reserved sign. Unfortunately that means if you want some, you need to come to Strip Club as it is in the strips.
She is one of my favorite people as she has such an infectious smile.
While I was there Sharon Craig dropped by to discuss the Block of the Month that she teaches. This picture proves the point that you don’t always see things as you take a picture. Hence the fire extinguisher between them.

The blocks from Sharon’s class were available in three different fabric selections.

We stopped by Daniela’s office and warehouse nearby before I got on the road. She doesn’t design here as there would be too many interruptions.
She is a busy woman. Quilt store owner, teacher, pattern writer and pattern company owner plus all the other jobs that come with being a woman today. And there is that infectious smile.
